Your first meeting will be with Mark Lawrenson to discuss your requirements with you and show you examples of his work.

If you wish to proceed, a two stage process is generally followed:-

Stage 1. Design

Plans are generated after full discussion of your personal requirements and a detailed survey to establish:

• The precise position of boundaries, contours, drains and other retained features.
• Shady and sunny areas
• Soil type

A accurate scale drawing is created identifying and positioning required features. A sketch to illustrate how your garden will look when finished is also provided.

Our charge for Stage 1 is £40 per hour or a fixed fee by negotiation.

A detailed planting schedule can be provided if required.

Stage 2. Implementation

A fixed price is quoted for the implementation of the design.

Company manager Mark, as the principal tradesman and project manager will oversee all work, contracting specialist skills where appropriate to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in executing each, of the often wide ranging, tasks that are required to create your garden.

On completion of the project advice is given on after-care of your garden and if required a seasonal maintenance service can be provided.
